Creating a Map

Dust will automatically create a map image for you if you enter a latitude and longitude when setting the details of your event. If you haven't done this, click the Edit icon on the home page and scroll down to set these.

Tip - You can use Google Maps and find the center of your event, right click and click on the latitude and longitude in the popup menu. Then paste into dust.

To create a custom map from satellite:

  1. Click the Map icon (the location pin) on the home page of the event
  2. Click (in the top right corner)
  3. Choose Generate Map
  4. Choose from Outdoors, Satellite, Full, Street, Light or Dark to set the style of map
  5. Choose the zoom level
  6. Click Create to generate a satellite map (center on the lat/long of the event)
