Links

Links are buttons that appear in the dust app so attendees can open a website, call a phone number or send an email. They show up on the home page of the burn.

Common links to add include tickets, your survival guide, art grants, volunteer signup, Leave No Trace guidelines, and your burn's website.

  • Click Links on the home page of your burn.
  • Click Add Link (or the + button).
  • Enter a Title (this is the text shown on the button) and a URL.
  • Click Save.
  • Click Publish on the home page so attendees can see the change.

  • https://yoursite.com/tickets to open a webpage
  • tel:702100200 to call a phone number
  • mailto:[email protected] to open an email

You can also attach a PDF or image (for example a printable survival guide) using the paperclip icon next to the URL. Set the title first, then upload the file.

Editing, Reordering and Deleting

  • Tap a link to edit it.
  • Use Move Up to change the order links appear in the app.
  • Use Delete to remove a link.
  • Remember to Publish after making changes.
