Exporting Events

You can export Events to CSV file.

Exporting Events to CSV

You can export a CSV file of events by:

  1. Click Events
  2. Click (in the top right corner)
  3. Choose Export CSV

After a brief pause a CSV file will be downloaded.

The CSV contains the following fields:

  • id - A unique identifier for the event.
  • title - The title or name of the event.
  • description - This is the full description of the event.
  • type - This is the type of event which will be one of the following values:
    • Arts & Crafts, Class/Workshop, Diversity & Inclusion, Fire/Spectacle, Food & Drink, For Kids, Games, Gathering/Party, Live Music, Mature Audiences, Miscellaneous, Parade, Performance, Repair, Ritual/Ceremony, Self Care, Sustainability/Greening Your Burn, Yoga/Movement/Fitness
  • location - The name of the theme camp the event is located at (or blank if none).
  • startTime - This is the date and time of when the event starts in ISO 8601 format.
  • endTime - This is the date and time of when the event ends in ISO 8601 format.
  • time - This is a pretty formatted date range. Example Thursday 11am-Noon (1hrs), Friday 9pm-11pm (2hrs).
  • shortDay - This is the day name and date. Example Wed, Feb 21.
  • shortTime - This is the start time and length of the event. Example 4:30pm (2hrs).

If the event has multiple occurrences then it will be duplicated for each occurrence.
